Warranties

Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor surface cracks due to shrinkage, temperature changes, or settling. These are considered normal and are not covered under warranty unless they affect the structural integrity of the work.
Permits and Regulations
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to obtain permits on your behalf. All work will be performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that might interfere with our work. You are responsible for removing or protecting any personal property in the work area. We maintain liability insurance, but we are not responsible for damage to property not directly related to our work.
For your safety and ours, we ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area during the project and curing period.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and schedule disruption.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of our website.
